Kings of Leon recently refused to let the makers of Glee use their songs on the show. Band's guitarist Mathew Followill cleared the air about the decision by saying that now that the band is famous they chose the offers that come their very carefully.


The high school musical drama Glee focuses on the lives of a bunch of students who form a choir in the show. The show features musical hits by famous bands. However, Kings of Leon rejected the offer because the band members felt that the offer was not cool enough.
