Though the trio only formed in 2008, these three DJ’s are no strangers to the music business. Axwell has been producing EDM music for over ten years, and his early singles often topped the hype/buzz charts. Steve Angello began his career as a DJ working mainly with hip hop and songs for the 70’s, gradually transitioning into house music until reaching success with his 2004 remix of the Eurythmics’ song, “Sweet Dreams.” Sebastian Ingrosso is a childhood friend of Angello who has produced a number of EDM hits.
The three accomplished DJ’s make an unbeatable team, reaching a level of commercial success that is uncommon for house music. Their 2010 single “One (Your Name)” was released in two different versions, one simply an electronic track and the other featuring vocals from Pharell Williams. The song was an international hit and reached number 7 on the UK singles chart.
